Pictographics Ltd. may terminate this agreement immediately without notice if, in its sole judgment, you breach any term or condition of this agreement.

MISCELLANEOUS

These Terms and Conditions will be governed and be interpreted pursuant to the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, notwithstanding any principles of conflicts of law.
